Hugo Chavez - how he dealt with journalists

Last night, Hugo Chavez, president of Venezuela, died. I remember talking to a financial journalist who met Chavez at a major press conference in South America that was about oil. My friend was surprised when he saw Chavez personally put on the journalists in the press room to create space for himself. Chavez could have easily interrupted the conference and told the audience that he would not begin until the media gathering had calmed down - but instead he physically pushed the journalists!
